At Empower Athleisure, we’re committed to delivering your orders as quickly as possible, so you can enjoy your new activewear without delay!
Orders placed Monday to Friday will be shipped the next business day, excluding public holidays. Please note, on launch days, there may be slight delays in dispatch due to high order volumes.
Free Shipping (domestic only) for orders over $150 AUD.
As soon as your item is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details, allowing you to monitor your order's progress.
Shipping Options
Standard Shipping
- Estimated Delivery Time: 2-8 business days.
- Flat Rate: $15 or free for orders over $150 AUD.
Express Shipping
- Estimated Delivery Time: 1-4 business days.
- Flat Rate: $20
International Shipping
- International standard shipping can take anywhere from 7-25 business days.
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout according to your location.
Please note that shipping times may vary based on your location and customs processing. While we aim to provide accurate shipping estimates, exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. International Import Liabilities and Taxes
For international orders, items may need to go through customs clearance, which could incur additional fees depending on the destination country's regulations. Please note that Empower Athleisure does not cover any import duties, taxes, or other liabilities imposed by the government of the receiving country. Empower Athleisure cannot be held responsible for customs delays, duties, or taxes that may apply to your shipment.
Return Policy
At Empower Athleisure, we aim to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request an exchange or return. You can choose to exchange the item or receive a store credit. Please note, we do not offer refunds. If the item you'd like to exchange for is out of stock, a store credit will be automatically issued for the amount paid, excluding shipping fees. Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Change of Mind Returns
If you’ve changed your mind or need a different size, you can return your item for an exchange or store credit, as long as it meets our Return Conditions. Please note, items that do not meet these conditions won’t be accepted.
- You have 14 days from receiving your order to initiate a return.
- Customers are responsible for shipping and handling costs for returns.
- We do not issue refunds for change-of-mind or size-related returns.
- Returns can be exchanged for another product or a store credit.
Please ensure your return reaches our facility safely, as the item remains your responsibility until it arrives.
Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following return conditions are met:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in resalable condition.
- Products must be in their original packaging with tags still attached.
- Items should be securely packaged for transit, with the return label clearly visible on the parcel.
- Clearance or sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Once we receive your return, processing may take up to 7 business days.
Returns are at the customer's expense and the responsibility for any returned item(s) remains with you until they arrive at our facility. Please ensure returns are sent using a trackable shipping method as Empower Athleisure is not liable for lost or misdirected return shipments.
Initiating a Return or Exchange:
- To begin the return or exchange process, please email us at support@empowerathleisure.com with the subject line "Return Request" or "Exchange Request," followed by your order number.
- In your email, kindly include a brief explanation for the return or exchange, the item(s) you wish to return and if applicable, the item(s) you would like to exchange for.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 1-3 business days with approval or further instructions.

Return for Store Credit
- Your Store Credit will be activated once we have received your returned item at our facility.
- Please allow up to 7 working days for your return to be processed and Store Credit to be issued.
- Store Credit is provided in the form of a Gift Card, which will be emailed to the original email address used for the order. If you haven't received it, please check your spam or junk folder.
- Gift Cards are valid for 1 year from the issue date and are non-refundable.
- Please note, any discount codes applied to your original purchase will be excluded from the Return Store Credit value.
Exceptions – Faulty Item Policy
At Empower Athleisure we prioritise customer satisfaction and are dedicated to addressing any issues you may encounter with your purchase. If you believe an item is faulty, please reach out to our support team within 14 days of purchase for review.
We will assess the images you provide to evaluate the fault. If the item is confirmed to be faulty, we will offer an exchange, provided the product is in stock. If the item is out of stock, store credit will be issued instead. If a refund is preferred and a manufacturing defect is verified, we will gladly offer a refund. Other than a defective item as described above, we strictly do not offer refunds.
Items identified as faulty within 30 days of receipt are eligible for either a replacement or store credit. After the 30-day period, any issues will be considered general wear and tear which are not covered under our policy. As such, items will not be eligible for a replacement, store credit, or refund as these issues are typically caused by external factors rather than manufacturing defects.
